Fitness Center Hours

Monday – Friday

7 a.m. – 6:00 p.m.

Appropriate Attire

- Work out attire

- Sports bras must be covered by a t-shirt

- No sandals or bare feet allowed when using exercise equipment

Fitness Center Policy

- Associates should sign in and log which machines they used. This will help The Indiana Hand Center determine which equipment is being utilized and help in determining future purchases.

- To ensure a comfortable atmosphere for everyone, please be courteous and respectful of others.

- Limit time on treadmill, stairclimber, etc… to 20-30 minutes during peak hours.

- Please pick up bottles, towels, etc…

- Wipe down equipment when you are finished.

- Proper attire should be worn at all times. (No sandals or “cut-off shorts”)

- No food or beverages are allowed except water.

- The Indiana Hand Center is not responsible for lost or stolen items. Please bring a lock and secure your valuables in the lockers provided.

Permission Form

Associates must fill out and sign the Fitness Center Permission Form before the equipment in the Fitness Center can be used. Please return signed Permission Form to Human Resources.

Lactation Room

The room to the right of the Conference Center has been designated as our office “Lactation Room”. There is a lock on the door for privacy. The Lactation Room is to be reserved ahead of time for the convenience and privacy of those utilizing the room. There will be a weekly sign-up sheet located in the Lactation Room, please indicate the days and times you would like to have access to the room. If you have any questions or concerns, please see Human Resources.
